Crystal 30 Series Pressure Calibrator

Overview

The Crystal 30 Series is an ultra-compact, intrinsically safe digital pressure calibrator that brings laboratory accuracy to outdoor field conditions. It fits in a shirt pocket and still measures vacuum and pressure through 5,000 psi (300 bar) at 0.05% of reading, with high overpressure protection on the internal sensors.

Milliamps indication (0 to 55 mA) lets you calibrate transmitters from the same handheld. Dual-sensor Model 33 units show low- and high-pressure ranges together. The interface is two lines of up to six digits — easy to learn and use with no nested menus. ConfigM30 software customizes units and features over micro-USB.

Every 30 Series is fully temperature-compensated from 0 to 50°C and ships with an ISO 17025 / NIST-traceable calibration certificate. Battery operated for field work. Not recommended for oxygen service.

Options (AMETEK)

• -SPSS stainless steel manifolds: all high-pressure sensors come with a stainless steel manifold. This option makes the second sensor stainless steel as well, for applications that require it.
• CrystalCare (US and Canada only): a 3-year full warranty program, plus an annual A2LA accredited calibration certificate with test data recorded at 5 different temperatures, showing the calibrator meets its published specifications over the whole operating range.
• Pump systems: AMETEK offers 30 Series kits bundled with Crystal pneumatic or hydraulic pumps, from 30 psi pneumatic up to 15,000 psi hydraulic. Ask at quote if you need a complete kit.
