Choosing an electrical tester

It depends on the test voltage and resistance range you need. - R5600 megohmmeter: 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V test voltages, reading up to 2000 MΩ, rated CAT III 1000 V. - R5002 high voltage insulation tester: 500 V, 1000 V, 2500 V and 5000 V, reading up to 60 GΩ, with polarization index (PI), dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) and a 1 to 15 minute test timer. Rated CAT IV 600 V.

Which motor rotation tester or phase rotation tester should I use?

• R5004 Motor Rotation and 3-Phase Tester: LEDs display motor rotation and phase status; tests phase orientation from 40 to 600 V, 2 to 400 Hz. Rated CAT III 600 V.
