Pressure Fittings, Adapters & Manifolds

Quick-test adapters, fittings, elbows, tees, manifolds, fluid traps, and Crystal CPF — the connection hardware that makes pressure calibration kits leak-tight and repeatable.

Why fittings matter

Most calibration delays come from leaks and mismatched threads, not from the gauge. Matched Quick-test / CPF hardware lets you rebuild a setup without wrenches and without damaging soft seals every time you change a UUT.

What we stock

  • Quick-test adapters — hose-to-NPT, AN, tube, and process connections (Ralston QT/QTHA families).
  • Elbows, tees, and manifolds — benchtop and field distribution of pressure.
  • Fluid traps — protect gauges and controllers from liquid carryover.
  • Crystal CPF — Crystal’s proprietary fitting system for many Crystal gauges and modules.
  • Kits — common adapter assortments for field techs.

Frequently asked questions

Can Quick-test XT hoses connect to standard QTHA adapters?

No. Ralston specifies XTHA adapters for Quick-test XT hoses. Standard Quick-test hoses (to 6,900 psi) and Quick-test XT hoses (to 10,000 psi) each use their own adapter family.

How do I leave a permanent calibration port on a process line?

Use Ralston male NPT Quick-test fittings with cap and chain. The cap comes off to connect a Quick-test hose for calibration, then seals bubble-tight again when you're done.

What is Crystal CPF?

Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF) are 316 stainless steel quick-test fittings with a patented o-ring plus metal-to-metal cone seal. They are finger-tight and leak-free to 10,000 psi (700 bar), with a self-venting weep hole and laser-marked MAWP.

Which manifold should I use to connect several gauges to one pressure source?

  • Additel 121: a four-port pneumatic manifold, −15 to 3,600 psi, with a built-in filter. ADT121A variants go to 6,000 psi.
  • Additel 123: a four-port hydraulic manifold, −15 to 15,000 psi.
  • Ralston: QTCM (brass) and QSCM (stainless) calibration manifold kits.

How do I connect a male 37° flare (AN/JIC) fitting without a wrench?

The Ralston 37° flare (AN/JIC) Quick-connect Quick-test XT adapter, XTHA-2FSF-QD, connects to a male AN -4 flare fitting without a wrench and is rated to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar).

Pairing tip

Match the hose and adapter family to the pump and gauge on the product page. OEM-paired accessories are listed under Related products when we have datasheet-backed pairing.

Note

Fittings are typically not ISO/IEC 17025 calibrated; calibrate the gauge or calibrator in the loop.
